Mobilens terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Mobilens platform, a product of Trecone Solutions S.L.. Your subscription contract with Trecone Solutions S.L. sets the scope, price and term of the service; if it says something different from these terms, the contract prevails.

The service

Mobilens is a market intelligence platform for the telecom and app industry. It gives access to analysis: dashboards, charts, rankings, aggregated indicators and reports, built from our own measurements and from public sources. What you subscribe to is access to that analysis, not the ownership of the data behind it.

Access is personal to the users your organisation registers. You may not share your credentials or give access to people outside the contract.

What you may do

  • Use the analysis for your organisation's internal decisions.
  • Quote figures and charts in your own internal or public documents, citing "Source: Mobilens".

What you may not do

  • Resell or redistribute the platform, its data or its analysis to third parties, or use them to build a competing product.
  • Extract data in bulk: automated downloading, scraping, or copying the platform's content into other databases.
  • Try to identify individuals or devices from the aggregated data.
  • Get around the platform's security or access controls.

Social media data

The social media benchmark in Mobilens uses data from third-party networks (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and others) obtained only through the public APIs that each network offers to developers, and only from public accounts of companies and brands. What Mobilens offers with it is comparisons between companies, never the data itself. That data remains subject to the terms of each network:

  • It is shown only inside the platform, as comparisons and aggregated indicators. It is not available for download in raw form or through any API, and you may not extract, store, resell or redistribute it outside Mobilens.
  • By using these features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Meta Platform Terms.
  • The networks may change or withdraw their APIs at any time. When that happens, the affected features may change or stop, and the history we may keep is limited by their rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and the data accurate, but the analysis is provided "as is", for information. Decisions taken on the basis of it are the responsibility of whoever takes them. We may improve or change the platform; substantial changes to these terms will be published on this page with their date.

Intellectual property

The platform, its methods, texts, charts and trade marks belong to Trecone Solutions S.L.. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use them under these terms.
