Mobilens is a product of Trecone Solutions S.L.. This policy explains what data this website, mobilens.io, collects and what we do with it. Data belonging to customers of our products and to users of our applications is governed by their own contracts and privacy notices, not by this text, except for the section on social media data, which also applies to our Mobilens platform.

What we collect and why
This site collects data only when you write to us through the contact form. There are no visitor accounts and no private area, and nothing is contracted or paid for on this website.

Alongside those, we store the date you accepted this policy and the version that was published at that moment, so that your consent can be evidenced.
We use them to answer your enquiry and, if an opportunity comes out of it, to manage the commercial relationship. We do not build profiles, we take no automated decisions, and we send no marketing you have not asked for.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@mobilens.io; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Once the conversation becomes a commercial relationship, processing also rests on the performance of the contract and on compliance with our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for two years from the last contact, unless the exchange becomes a commercial relationship, in which case statutory retention periods for commercial and tax records apply. Once no longer needed, they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland (eu-west-1 region), within the European Union. It is accessible only to our infrastructure and email providers, solely to provide us with their service and under the corresponding data processing agreement. We may also disclose it to public authorities and courts where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for profiling.
Social media data in Mobilens
Our Mobilens platform shows public statistics of the official social media accounts of companies and brands. We obtain them only through the official APIs of each network and under its terms, and only from public business accounts: we do not collect data about private individuals, comment texts or the identity of whoever comments, and Mobilens does not access the social media accounts of its own users. This data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland, kept only while it serves this purpose, and never sold or licensed. To request the deletion of data about your account, write to info@mobilens.io; we will delete it within 30 days.
YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services to show public statistics of the official channels of companies and brands. By using these features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy. Data obtained from YouTube is kept or refreshed according to the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms)
We use the Instagram Graph API (Business Discovery) and, for Facebook, the Graph API for public Page content. From each account or Page we read the number of followers and posts and, for each post, its date, format, text, the number of likes, reactions, comments and shares, and a link to the original post. Post texts are classified by topic with an AI model to produce aggregated statistics. See also the Meta Privacy Policy.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference and your language, neither of which identifies you. See the cookie policy for detail.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to it, request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to info@mobilens.io stating which right you wish to exercise; we may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change this text, the new version will be published on this page with its date. Consents already recorded keep the version that was shown at the time.
